1) Will you be my PCP?
No, we do not offer primary care services. We will work with you closely as a consultant to address your health and wellness. We suggest that you maintain a relationship with your PCP. 

2) Do you accept insurance?

We do not accept insurance, Medicare or Medicaid. When insurance companies are involved it reduces our control over treatment plans and increases administrative burdens. The cost to deal with paperwork, claims and approvals can consume valuable time and resources, diverting the focus away from patients care. While we understand the financial challenge that this presents to some patients, this decision allows you to be in control of your health and affords us the time to make informed decisions that are right for you, rather than to be dictated by the insurance company.  

3) What about laboratory testing?
Some testing can be done through conventional laboratories (Quest, Labcorp), while others are only available through specialty laboratories (prices vary).

4) Pricing:
New patient visit: 

$300 for a 90 minute visit

*I will review your intake form before our appointment,

so we can spend that hour and a half answering questions and hammering out a solid individualized plan!

Follow-up appointments:
$200 for a 60 minute visit
